- The electric fryers with resistors located in the interior of the cooking tank allow to quickly and uniformly heat up the oil. Offcar has available models with particular spinning resistors for an easy cleaning.
- The gas fryers result competitive in terms of exercise costs, offering an economic saving in the long term.
- The tanks of the gas fryers are available in two versions: with heat exchangers outside the tank (“Y”) for a greater ease when cleaning or with internal ones.
Oil management: the Melting feature
Every Style line fryers model (gas or electric) are available in the Rapid version with electronic heat control that assures also a gradual oil heat in the initial cooking phase.
